Trust in Traditional Media Is at All Time Low
By all accounts, trust in traditional or mainstream media is at an all time low. Poll after poll shows that Americans no longer trust mainstream media.
Among registered independent voters, only 27% say that they have a fair amount of trust in mainstream media.
And as Millennials and Gen Z inevitably become the majority demographic, trust in old media is not likely to improve.
Independent Media Is Now King
It is now clear that independent media has the same hold and trust over their audience, if not more, than traditional establishment media.
Shows like Timcast IRL now regularly get more viewership than primetime CNN.
On the right, The Daily Wire is becoming the indisputable new media giant.
On the left, online personalities like Krystal Ball and Jimmy Dore regularly break with the DNC narrative.
While Watergate was broke by the Washington Post, the ground-breaking news of today are leaked by organisations like O’Keefe Media (Goodbye Project Veritas 😢).
However, despite the astute diagnosis, there is one fatal flaw facing the independent media landscape today…
The Future News Headlines Will Be Set By Independent Media.
Future Elections Will Be Determined By Independent Media.
The future power and influence of independent media is indisputable.
The fact that you are still reading our diagnosis is proof that you on some level agree with us.
And yet...
There is one fatal flaw facing the independent media landscape today…
The Problem: Too Many Shows, Too Little Time
It Is Simply Impossible to Watch Every Single Independent Media Pundit.
Trust us, we tried.
The biggest benefit of a decentralised independent media is at the same time its biggest drawback.
While establishment media forces you to watch a singular pundit or a singular viewpoint, it is at least centralised and concise.
A decentralised independent media only works if you manage to watch every pundit and every perspective. Otherwise, you are simply again watching a singular pundit and a singular viewpoint, trapped in your own echo chamber.
That is no better than mindlessly consuming the traditional media of old.
As of right now, we count at least 10 high-impact, high-influence independent pundits that will lead the news cycles of the future.
That is 10 pundits, with 10 different perspectives, each with their 30-minute to 2-hour-long show, each telling you what they believe is the most important issue of the day.
Impossible For You, But We Will Consume All of Them For You
(Or rather yet, we will "consoom" them for you...)
If you subscribe to our Pundit Consoomer Newsletter, we will give you:
A detailed yet brief newsletter every day, summarising the perspectives of at least 10 pundits and more for you.
Trends and influence charts of pundits, so you'll know exactly who the rising and falling pundits you need to look out for are.
Perspectives from small and rising pundits, for those who are interested in niche and unique perspectives.
Again, all for the price of a cup of coffee a month…
Saving you at least 6 to 15 hours of your time per day.
But I Don't Trust You Yet!
What If You're A Partisan Hack Who Simply Wants to Feed Me Propaganda?
One of the largest pushbacks we receive is that our audience wants to find out the truth themselves.
Indeed, the single largest benefit of a decentralised independent media is that the audience gets to find out what is true for themselves.
This is why our newsletter is hosted on Substack, where you will get to view a few of our past editions, completely free of charge, first.
If you are suspicious of us, simply compare and contrast our reporting and summary of your favourite pundit with their actual show. You will soon find out that we are the real deal and we only want to help you save some time.
